Processing of Orders
Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days. *Please note minimum purchase is $10.00.*

Shipping & Handling
Shipments are sent by courier at a cost of 15% of the total before taxes. (There is a minimum $7.50 shipping and handling charge.) Shipping is subject to HST.

Taxes
All merchandise is subject to HST.

Tax Exempt Purchases
If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact our office at info@ontariovolleyball.org. To ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our office before a tax refund can be processed.
